33zz Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 33zz platform and all its services. By registering on 33zz, using an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on 33zz, the following requirements must be met:

You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account, unless you have already informed us that the account is being used without your authorization.

1 Deposits

The following mobile banking methods are accepted for depositing funds into 33zz:

• Nagad — The digital financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — The mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

After a deposit is made, the balance is usually added to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team.

2 Withdrawals

Winnings can be withdrawn via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if verification is incomplete.

Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number registered to the account. Withdrawal requests to third-party numbers are not accepted.

3 Currency & Fees

All transactions on 33zz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 33zz does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees, however your mobile banking service provider's own charges may apply.

1 Welcome Bonus

33zz offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

To receive the bonus, the bonus option must be active at the time of the first deposit. After receiving the bonus, wagering requirements must be met before it can be withdrawn.

2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).

Please keep the following rules in mind when meeting wagering requirements:

• If the bonus is cancelled without meeting the wagering requirements, any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited.

3 Promotion Rules

33zz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion. If bonus or promotion abuse is suspected, 33zz reserves the right to temporarily suspend the relevant account for investigation.

Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device will be considered bonus abuse.

1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure along with balance forfeiture:

• Providing false or fabricated identity information.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person.
• Fraudulently claiming bonus or promotion benefits (bonus abuse).
• Playing games using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Money laundering or conducting any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other players or staff.

2 Account Suspension & Closure

33zz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason or without reason. If an account is closed due to prohibited activities, the balance may not be refunded.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. Contact support to do so. Please withdraw your balance before closing the account.

1 Game Results

All games on 33zz use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures completely fair and unbiased results. Game outcomes are not predetermined and cannot be intentionally controlled by anyone.

If a technical error affects the result of a game, 33zz reserves the right to void that round. In such cases, the wagered amount will be refunded.

2 Betting Limits

3 Sports Betting

1 VIP Tiers

33zz has five VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. Benefits and conditions may differ for each tier.

2 Cashback Terms

Weekly cashback is calculated every Monday and credited to eligible players' accounts. Cashback may have its own wagering requirements — contact support for the latest terms.
